WebOctavia Butler happens to be one of my favorite authors. She wrote a series of about 4 or 5 novels that were WAY OVER MY HEAD. But this book did not disappoint at all. I was sad to hear that she passed away a little while ago, so this being her last novel (I believe) really made this one special.
