Pto won't engage on cub cadet mower
WebOct 8, 2009 · When turning zero turns to the left the blades would always stop (The unit is set up to disengage the blades when moving in reverse). In a zero turn to the right the blades would always stay engaged. I figured this was normal since this is my first zero turn mower and figured a small adjustment to the lapbars would repair the problem. WebI have two tractors (Bolens and Sears) with electric PTO and like very much. Also belts seem to last a little longer because they are not also being slipped when engaged as a clutch. On the other hand a new electric clutch is about $250 whereas parts for a manual are very cheap. Vented vs. vent-free gas fireplaces.

In other words, when the starter kicks in it literally "screws" the gear up to the flywheel. Most of the time some lube on it helps. WD-40 to free it up, oil or light grease to make it stay that way.
