Apparently its been broken like this from when 8.0 launched but it was probaly before that. Just not enough people know about it since 10 and 25 man was combined in 7.1.5. Now everytime a player dies Steelbreaker heals himself 50% (25% with debuff) and gets 25% more dmg. The Maintank get a debuff that kills him after 20-30 seconds (heal + more dmg!).
