Delete everything in there then uninstall the game through steam and reinstall it. Then open the directory again and drag the game file from the mod into the DDLC directory and replace files if it asks. Copy the file for the mod into the folder named "game" so it overwrites the existing "scripts.rpa" file. Then start up DDLC as normal, and it should be the mod.
